Exit at Siena Nord. At the first cross turn left and go straight on for mt.300. Turn right to Vico Alto direction (the first street on your right), and you are in Via delle Regioni. Go on for about mt.650 and you can see the hotel on your left.
Southcoming (from Rome/Grosseto):
Once in the tangenziale go on northside and exit at Siena Nord; the follow the above mentioned directions.
