Southern Italy coming: Take motorway A1 exit VALDICHIANA (Loc. Bettolle) and follow road signs towards Siena along the superstrada Bettolle-Siena. Exit at COLONNA DEL GRILLO and follow the sign for Monte San Savino, after about 300 mt. you are in Colonna del Grillo and you have to turn right again for Monte San Savino. Drinving 300 mt. ahead you can see on the road a big yellow costruction and you are at Posta del Chianti. Northern Italy coming: Take motorway A1 exit FIRENZE - CERTOSA and take superstrada road for Siena and proceed after Siena for Arezzo and Perugia along the Siena- Bettolle superstrada. Exit COLONNA DEL GRILLO and follow signs for Monte San Savino, after about 300 mt. you are in Colonna del Grillo and you have to turn right again for Monte San Savino. Driving 300 mt. ahead you can see on the road a big yellow costruction and you are at Posta del Chianti. VERY IMPORTANT: On the Superstrada Siena- Bettolle you have to take just the exit COLONNA DEL GRILLO not others.
