"The receptionist was very rude to me! When I asked him to explain the shuttle service and informed him it was different from the email information I had. He said "Well you don't expect me to write 200 words in an email. " We had to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle bus to collect us when we arrived. Although we were told it would be a few minutes. The rude receptionist told us that the bus was full and we couldn't get a lift into the town center with it. Then he left with a half empty bus! We left our phone number at the reception to give to the manager so we could talk to him about our problems and he NEVER called! The small breakfast that was put at the bar for a number of people at 5 am was incredibly small, with only 2 pastries and not enough for the number of guests leaving. Although there were more than 10 people. I asked for hot water for tea and was informed. There was none available. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, not worth 4 stars. I intend to leave my feedback on several websites as other potential customers should know how rubbish this hotel is!"
