Carefully restored in order to preserve the characteristic traits of the old stone building whilst offering guest high comfort standards, Rustico Sara provides guests with comfortable and welcoming communal areas stilishly fitted with well appointed and carefully restored period furniture. Rustico Sara, offering outdoor private parking, is surrounded by a large fully equipped with comfortable furniture including a hammock, deck-chairs and sun-beds to sunbathe. Close to Rustico Sraa there is another independent apartment that can accommodate up 4 people: Cottage Giusy
Besides the entrance-hall/reception area, behind which is a wood burning oven to bake delicious home made pizzas and cakes, the ground floor comprises a large hall with scenic windows and fitted with comfortable sofas, TV-SAT set and HI-FI system with CD player, where guests can spend pleasant convivial or relaxing hours. The villa boast an bright brickwork kitchen equipped with a five burner cooker with electronic ignition system, microwave oven, two fridges, a dishwasher. The kitchen is hallmarked by a large fireplace and an old stone sink. Here in the morning Bed & Breakfast guests are served a plentiful traditional breakfast with freshly ground coffee, typical local cakes, genuine honey, excellent home made jams and preserves, fresh fruit in season, often just picked from the many fruit trees of the garden. From the garden the eye can take in the whole valley up to the mountains that mark the horizon, and enjoy breathtaking views. The spacious paved terraces are equipped with comfortable garden furniture where guests can enjoy a lovely outdoor candlelit dinner on warm summer nights. In 2006 the estate garden will also house a private swimming pool for the sole use of the guests of Rustico Sara holiday home. Gusts can also avail themselves of two mountain bikes, and the area is among the best appreciated by hiking enthusiasts, who may choose from a variety of trekking and climbing routes. In the neighbourhood it is possible to do several other sports including paragliding, golf and fishing.

The structure is composed by 3 ensuite double rooms with shower and 1 family suite with one double and one twin room, plus private bathroom with shower Four out of the five rooms of Rustico Sara have a double bed, and one has twin beds, sleeping a total of up to ten guests.The four bathrooms, ricercati ed eleganti, are all equipped with modern showers. One of the double rooms on the ground floors boasts remarkable ancient stone walls. On the first floor there is a suite, provedly an excellent choice for families, comprising a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a passageway and a bathroom with shower and a lovely washbasin embedded in an ancient fireplace.
