Nestling among the gentle hills of Tuscany and within easy reach of the dreamy cities of Pisa and Lucca, our villa offers everything lovers of Italy could wish for: Breathtaking views over vineyards and medieval monasteries, within easy reach of the sea and exquisite food in the local restaurants.
Breakfast and snacks can be taken amidst the beautiful trees and roses in our cool, fragrant garden. We will be happy to serve you a variety of local specialities including a wide choice of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as tarts, pies, and home-made bread.
The villa has a large terrace with magnificent views and a big garden with swimming pool (deck-chairs, sunshades and barbecue provided).
Enjoy the company of our two donkeys "Margherita" and "Ljuba" - we organise excursions for children!

The villa
We have three spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom and TV and the Apartment Lolita in the loft (max.4 persons) that consists of 1 double room, 2 sofa beds and/or children's beds, bathroom, large lounge with full kitchen, SAT-TV on big-screen with DVD and VHS player. Large fireplace. Fast wireless internet connection in all rooms.

Where We Are

Facilities Our villa is the ideal starting point for excursions in the Tuscan countryside, either on foot, on horseback or by bicycle (available for rent). We will be glad to organise bike excursions on request. Sites of interest include ancient churches, Renaissance villas and typical Tuscan farmhouses, where you can the taste local wines, home-pressed olive oil and other delicious food typical of the region.
