Located in the very heart of the town only 10 metres away from the main building Rugapiana Vacanze, this stately annexe was renovated in pure Tuscan style. Its rooms are reminiscent of the style of country gentlemen’s dwellings from the days of yore with private spaces, three bedrooms and shared rooms and two living rooms. Particular attention was paid to colours and mouldings and the greatest care was taken in the selection of original furnishings and drapery from sumptuous periods. Breakfast is included in the price. The dependance can also be taken for rent an an apartment for 4/6 guests, upon booking.

The Palace is in the ideal location for guests who want to visit the historical town centre by walking along its Etruscan streets, churches and museums or driving (parking lots are just 100 meters away from the centre. From Cortona you may easily reach some of the most famous art towns such as Florence (100 km), Arezzo (25 km), Siena (50 km), Perugia (40 km), Assisi (60 km), Spoleto (70 km) Gubbio (50 km), and Mount Amiata (40 km).
