The Agriturismo Tenuta San Vito, set amidst the verdant hills of Chianti Fiorentino, covers some 130 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and woods and produces superb Chiantis and olive oils.
From 1960 to the present day the tenuta is property of the Drighi family that, dedicating herself to various sectors of the agricultural business, has created a significant agricultural tourism business.
The structure has been restored to offer characteristic rooms and apartments that have maintained the rural traditions of Tuscan lifestyle.
Guests can enjoy two swimming pools and a restaurant which offers delicious interpretation of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
At the Tenuta they organise a lot of activities as the traditional wine tour, with a visit of the wine cellar, of the oil mill, followed by a wine tasting of all our products and a typical Tuscan Dinner and they have also a special agreement with Montelupo Golf Club and with the riding horse school in Malmantile.

The Agriturismo Tenuta San Vito is composed by 4 farmhouses, restored and converted into apartments and rooms.
All the flats offer fully-equipped kitchens, bath with shower, and cosy bedrooms, each with TV, telephone, valuables safe, and hairdryer.
Podere la Querce, is a country house restored with great attention maintaining the traditional Tuscan country style. At the ground floor there are 3 apartments, 2 of them Bambù and La Rosa are composed of one double room, kitchen living room and shower bathroom. Bambù has a sofa bed for two more people. The third apartment, Trifoglio, is a three roomed apartment composed of 2 double rooms, kitchen living room and shower bathroom.
On the first floor, the biggest two apartments: Adriana>7b> with 2 double bedroom, kitchen living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and shower bathroom and Le Righe, composed by 2 double rooms, an opened mezzanine with a third double bed, kitchen living room and shower bathroom. From this apartment guests can enjoy a delightful view on vineyards and olive groves.
Villino I Cavalli and Podere Bellosguardo are two independent apartments, each composed of two double bedrooms, 2 bathroom/shower, kitchen/living room and private open space.
Podere Frantoio composed by the Country House with seven double bedrooms with private bath/shower, common kitchen, living room and fireplace at the ground-floor and the apartment Lilla with one double bedroom, a bathroom/shower, kitchen/living room with fireplace, double sofa-bed and private garden.

The Agriturismo Tenuta San Vito, in Montelupo Fiorentino, in Florence area, is a perfect spot for visiting cultural and historical cities of Tuscany. It is located at only 15 km far from Florence and not too far from Pisa, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano.
