Podere Incrociati is a building of 1840 completely recently renewed manteining the ancient hand-crafted brick floors, the ceilings with their old wooden beams and the arched ceilings. The old forniture makes the place comfortable and charming, respecting the ancient rural Sienese traditions.
At guests disposal a big grass lawn, a private swimmingpool, some bycicles and mountain-bikes and private parking places.
The accommodation is divided into two big and independent apartments: Gaia and Valentina.
Included in the price electricity, hot water, towels, kitchen and bed linens, swimmingpool towel ( 1 per week ), use of laundry and ironing room, final cleaning.
On request (extra charge)it is possible to have at one's disposal cooking and housework personnel.

Podere Incrociati has 2 apartments;
theapartment Gaia about 200 mq is on the ground floor and is composed by a wide portico, furnished with sofas, which is at the guests' disposal as reading area or as an open-air dining room; wide living room with two chestnut-wood benches inside, a table in the centre of the room, two sofas, a small cooking area, a wide ancient travertine sink, some pieces of forniture, and satellite TV; 5 double rooms all with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with cooking area and dining room.
During low season it is possible to divide the apartment into two parts: Gaia I composed of the living room with mantelpiece, cooking area and three double bedrooms with private toilet and Gaia II composed of the dining room, cooking area, two double bedrooms with private toilet.
The apartament Valentina is about 135mq and is located on two floors with entrancy from a wide garden with an outside balcony which is provided with a roof and furnished with a table suitable for dinner and relaxing moments. The apartment is provided with a living room with arched ceiling and wide sofas, tables for reading and playing, satellite TV, kitchen with fireplace and dining room; 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms.
All the apartments are have telephone and heating.

Podere Incrociati is located in the heart of the Montagnola Senese at just 15 Kms from Siena and 75 Kms from Firenze, among the greenery of age-old oaks, holm-oaks and chestnut-trees, in a natural and untouched environment, ideal for walking tour, mountain biked tour, trekking and riding.
