"The pictures on the web page are a true representation of the property. However we were a bit dissapointed by the noise of traffic, nowhere does it state that the property is situated on a main road. During most of our stay there were no other guests but when others arrived,you could hear a lot of noise through the walls. Would not have wanted to be there if fully occupied. We arrived very late due to volcanic ash problems when leaving the UK, although we had contact with the owner via mobile phone and agreed the keys be left for us at the appartment, there was no further communication, welcome, introduction or contact of any kind.We never met anybody or knew where to get help or advice should we have needed it. Regarding payment, again we had to phone the owner to arrange payment. We were at this point told we needed to pay by cash not credit card and had to wait for some time before a non English speaking man arrived.No prior warning of this was given and no receipt was offered. In summary, nice accomodation but not proffessionally run or freindly service offered. I would not return for these reasons."
