The Agriturism Le Capanne is an old farmhouse in the Val di Chio, recently renovated into 4 apartments in a rustic style but with all the modern conveniences.
The farm has outdoor swimming pool and a large green park with barbecue and a large living room with fireplace for guests.
Nestled among olive groves and oak trees the Agriturism Le Capanne offers th eopportunity to attend a course of painting or of Italian language as well as to participate in the wine and olive harvest.
Guests can also arrange tours to the farm where can taste the fruits and seasonal vegetables grown in organic farming, in addition to extra virgin olive oil and Tuscan IGT wine of excellent quality.
Among the services available there is also free WiFi connection and a large car parking.

The Agriturism Le Capanne offers its guests 4 apartments completely independent of each other.
Each apartment is furnished in rustic Tuscan style and has a private outdoor space from which enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Val di Chio.
The Apartment il Bosco can accommodate up to 4 people ; it consists of living room with kitchenette, fireplace and TV, bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer.
At disposal also a washing machine, electric oven and heating.

Where We Are

The Agriturism Le Capanne is located about 10 km from Cortona in the picturesque valley of Val di Chio Apennine. Thanks to its location the farm is the ideal place for making trekking, hiking mountain biking and horse riding. The horse riding is only 7 km from Castel Fiorentino.
It is also a great starting point to reach the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
