The town of Firenzuola is located in the area of Florence, at 422 meters a.s.l., and has a population of around 4'700 people.
In order to defend the florentine Republic from the family Ubaldi's assault in the 1306 AC, decided to construct Firenzuola. Firenzuola is famous for the Serene Stone, a particular type of stone similar to that one used from the Brunelleschi and Michilangelo. In order to conserve the history of the working of the stone it has been prepared, in the underground of the Roch,the Serene Stone Museum.
